Whitepaper

The base document of the project. This document explains in detail what BeToken is, how it works, what problem it solves, what its business model is and how it is structured. It is the roadmap and vision of the project, designed for anyone interested in understanding its operation and potential.

Partners' agreement

This agreement establishes a clear commitment between the actuals partners: token sales are limited to a maximum of 10% per year for a period of 4 years. This ensures a controlled distribution and protects investors against abrupt market movements by the founders or early participants.

It also defines the loyalty reward and the commitment to distribute 50% of the profit.

Audit report and CAAC

A document prepared by independent auditors that reviews the financial status and management of the company. It includes the Annual Accounts and guarantees that the information presented is accurate and transparent, complying with the legal and accounting regulations in force.

Audited balance sheet (09/30/2024)

A detailed and verified summary of the company's assets, liabilities and financial position as of September 30, 2024. This balance sheet is key for investors to know the financial health of the project at a specific point in time.
