In the event that the issuance does not reach the placement of the total amount of tokens, Beself Brands will adapt the project to the financing raised.

Beself Brands intends to sell/place a maximum of 16.65% of the Tokens, i.e. 2,971,200 treasury shares. In the event that the placement of the total number of tokens is not achieved, Beself Brands will adapt the project to the proceeds raised.
