Transmissibility

The tokens will be freely transferable; however, in order to comply with legal know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, the tokens can only be transferred to those who have properly completed the KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) processes previously outlined and have passed an individualized evaluation process conducted by the Issuer. In this process, they will need to demonstrate that they have adequate knowledge regarding the investment and the Issuer’s sector.
