# Transmissibility The tokens will be freely transferable; however, in order to comply with legal know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, the tokens can only be transferred to those who have properly completed the KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) processes previously outlined and have passed an individualized evaluation process conducted by the Issuer.
