What BeToken is and its value proposition.

It is the digital representation of Beself Brands' actions.

Beself Brands, given its experience in eCommerce, has great growth potential.

E-commerce oriented companies, with adequate capital, have multiplied their business by 10 in less than 5 years.

What is Beself Brands and what makes it special?

Beself Brands has more than 15 years of experience and its 5 brands. During his career he has defined strategies that have led him to meet international manufacturers and improve the logistics service to offer the products demanded by the market in an agile and fast way.

The after-sales service, very ‘top’, Beself Brands completes the shopping experience of its customers improving day by day their valuations.

Market opportunities.

eCommerce has a double digit annual growth rate. Beself Brands currently has a presence in the European Union and is particularly strong in the Spanish and French markets. With the right capital we will expand and penetrate the rest of the European markets (both EU and non-EU).

Project vision and mission.

By tokenising the company's shares, we aim to have the right capital to leverage market knowledge and create synergies between the different brands to accelerate growth.

Differentiation from other investment options.

Beself Brands is a solid and consolidated company with more than 15 years of experience!

We have a great knowledge and experience in eCommerce, having created up to 5 brands with a great positioning in the market.

The investor's contribution comes from a well-educated, growing company with in-depth knowledge of the market.

The investor will also benefit from a dividend policy that offers a loyalty reward equivalent to 10% of the amount invested and proportional to the number of tokens acquired, in the event of maintaining the participation during the first year, as well as the distribution of 50% of the net result in years 2 to 6.

Market data and trends.

The ecommerce market, as the graph below shows, maintains a growing trend in terms of the percentage of companies in the European Union that offer their services or products via the Internet, reaching 23% of companies offering their products online and 18% of the market's sales volume via the Internet by 2022.

It is important to note that there are products and services that will never be offered on-line, such as restaurant dinners, fuel for vehicles, public services, etc. This makes the 18% of total services even more shocking in terms of on-line market acceptance.

As we have noted elsewhere, the particular growth of adequately capitalised eCommerce companies is in double digits.

Competition and competitive advantages.

Great knowledge of eCommerce and a very close relationship with the manufacturers we work with, some of them we have known for more than 10 years.

Our brands have a positioning and recognition in the market above the competitors.

Potential demand and expected adoption.

The 6-year project presented by Beself Brands aims to reach 100 million euros in net sales. This is a very plausible objective that we are currently not achieving due to the lack of the necessary capital.

Given the high demand, it is common to have stock-outs. With the financing received, Beself Brands can increase its stock while maintaining a constant supply to the market and allow it to achieve the defined plan.

Beself Brands is an established company with 15 years of history.

The investment in infrastructure is designed to allow for exponential growth. Our solid foundations together with the infrastructure we have created allow us to multiply our business without the need to increase fixed costs at the same level, making the business more competitive and profitable.
